Digital Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an organised Digital Project Manager to lead the delivery of ecommerce websites and platforms for a range of clients. You will act as the main liaison between clients, developers and the wider agency team, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of ecommerce projects across WooCommerce, Magento and Payload CMS.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on progress, priorities and delivery dates.
• Gather and translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development team.
• Build and maintain project schedules, timelines and task plans.
• Oversee QA processes and coordinate UAT before go‑live.
• Handle support requests and minor improvement jobs for existing clients.
• Coordinate developer workloads and task queues to ensure efficient delivery.
• Collaborate with the wider team to keep projects on track and manage client expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a project‑management role, preferably within a digital agency.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and web development processes.
• Excellent client‑facing communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Commercial awareness and a focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes.
