Digital System Administrator

About the role

Certitude is looking for a Digital System Administrator to join its team on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. Working hybrid from Balham and home, you will keep the organisation’s core digital systems running smoothly so staff can rely on them every day.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for core systems such as CHRIS (HR & Payroll), Log My Care, Quinyx and Kallidus.
• Resolve user queries, maintain accurate data and investigate issues.
• Support system integrations and data flows between applications.
• Produce reports and data extracts as required.
• Help improve system usage, support processes and knowledge sharing across the business.

Required profile

• Experience in systems administration or a similar support role.
• Proven ability to respond to user queries and provide effective assistance.
• Strong attention to detail when working with data.
• Confident problem‑solver with a practical, hands‑on approach.

Required skills

• Salesforce (used within the CHRIS HR and Payroll system).
