Digital Technology & Communications Relationship Associate

About the role

The Digital, Technology & Communications (DT&C) team within Citi's UK Commercial Bank is expanding rapidly. As a Relationship Associate based in London, you will support Relationship Managers and clients with operational tasks, KYC, credit requests and presentations, acting as a trusted point of contact.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day banking support to bankers and act as primary contact for client onboarding and due‑diligence (KYC) activities.
• Lead global account opening and closing processes, coordinating with regional colleagues and internal departments.
• Coordinate credit requests and approvals across Citi’s global network, ensuring compliance with credit policies.
• Engage with product partners and Citi’s worldwide network to identify revenue opportunities and position relevant products.
• Support implementation processes, helping clients access Citi’s global coverage and product suite.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to make sound judgments based on factual analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for handling complex and sensitive information.
• Self‑motivated with the capacity to work independently on routine issues and seek support for complex problems.
• Ability to build relationships with internal teams and external clients.
