Digital Transformation Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Analyst to partner with senior leadership and drive technology‑enabled change across finance, operations, production and sales. You will act as the bridge between business challenges and digital solutions, helping the organisation work smarter and more collaboratively.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design, prototype and implement digital solutions that increase efficiency.
• Develop automated workflows and enhance document‑management practices.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new tools.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and digital change.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a passion for process optimisation.
• Experience in digital transformation, business analysis or process improvement.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and deliver user‑focused training.
• Experience in regulated environments such as manufacturing or engineering is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
