Direct Marketing Executive

About the role

The Direct Marketing Executive will lead cash‑appeal and alternative‑gift campaigns, turning individual supporters into regular donors. Working from Concern’s London office, you will design, launch and evaluate multi‑channel direct marketing initiatives that drive income and deepen engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor direct mail, email and digital campaigns focused on cash appeals and alternative gifts.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies and suppliers to produce creative assets and mailing lists.
• Analyse campaign performance, report ROI and recommend optimisation strategies.
• Maintain supporter databases, ensure data quality and compliance with fundraising regulations.
• Support the wider fundraising team with insights and best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

• Organised and proactive with proven experience delivering successful direct marketing campaigns.
• Strong project‑management abilities, able to handle multiple campaigns from concept to completion.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
