Direct Marketing Project Manager – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

Broadridge is seeking a Direct Marketing Project Manager on a six‑month contract to lead data‑driven marketing campaigns. You will act as the primary client liaison, translating business needs into actionable project plans and ensuring delivery to quality, cost, and profitability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing proactive communication throughout campaign delivery.
• Interpret client instructions and data briefs, converting them into internal production plans.
• Manage multiple concurrent direct‑marketing campaigns, overseeing schedules, quotations, scope changes, timelines, risks, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including planners, creative, technical, operations, and third‑party suppliers—to meet client objectives.
• Lead campaign operations such as data processing, programming, tabulation, and direct‑mail production routes.
• Monitor quality, cost, profitability and apply commercial judgment using Broadridge pricing models.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5‑7 years of experience in the insurance or mutual fund industry managing complex, data‑driven direct‑marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage multiple parallel projects with changing scope and to negotiate with clients and suppliers.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across creative, technical and operational teams.
