Direct Sales Advisor – Water Contract Renewals

About the role

We are seeking a confident Direct Sales Advisor to manage water contract renewals for business customers. You will guide clients through the renewal process, retain accounts, and identify opportunities to cross‑sell additional services within a fast‑growing utilities organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and engage a pipeline of upcoming water contract renewals.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored renewal solutions.
• Retain customers through competitive and commercially sound offers.
• Identify and convert cross‑sell opportunities across additional services.
• Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with a diverse client base.
• Confidently handle objections and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain accurate records and effectively manage your workload.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, account management, or contract renewals.
• Experience within water contracts or the utilities sector (advantageous).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer‑focused approach with excellent listening ability.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage your own pipeline.
• Target‑driven and motivated by achieving results.
• Confident handling of commercial conversations and objections.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
