Direct Tax and Transfer Pricing Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, PE‑backed technology business as the Direct Tax & Transfer Pricing Manager. You will work closely with the Head of Tax and the wider Finance team to strengthen tax processes, enhance governance, and support a broad range of international tax matters across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of corporate tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, coordinating with external advisors and local finance teams.
• Oversee tax reporting processes, ensuring all filing obligations are accurate and delivered on time.
• Maintain oversight of global tax deadlines and monitor changes in international tax legislation.
• Manage the Group’s transfer pricing policy, documentation (Local Files, Master File) and ongoing governance.
• Support benchmarking exercises and review transfer pricing methodologies with external specialists.
• Assist the Head of Tax on strategic projects such as business expansion, restructuring and new market entry.
• Analyse international tax developments, including OECD initiatives, Pillar Two and country‑by‑country reporting requirements.
• Help develop robust tax controls, processes and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in international corporate tax.
• Strong technical expertise in direct tax and transfer pricing.
• Familiarity with BEPS, Pillar Two and Country‑by‑Country Reporting.
• Relevant professional qualification (ACA, CTA, ATT, CPA or equivalent).
