Direct To Consumer Partner Support – East Anglia & Milton Keynes

About the role

We are looking for a Direct‑to‑Consumer (D2C) Coffee Operations Support professional to join Nestlé Professional’s Channel Sales & Coffee Operations team. Based in the East Anglia & Milton Keynes region (ideal base Northampton), you will help drive growth of our coffee portfolio by ensuring excellent in‑store execution at partner locations.

Key responsibilities

• Keep NP D2C coffee machines operational with minimal downtime and provide basic troubleshooting.
• Manage accurate stock counts at customer sites, review variances, identify trends and trigger corrective actions.
• Deliver Nestlé Professional brand standards, act on audit findings and close execution gaps.
• Coach customers on proper cleaning routines, monitor compliance and intervene when needed.
• Record all field activity in Project MORE systems and use data to spot performance trends.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support performance delivery.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills, highly motivated with a positive attitude.
• Proven ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity, capable of working autonomously and as part of a team.
• Track record of delivering consistent performance through others.
• Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
• Problem‑solving and planning ability under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across East Anglia & Milton Keynes.
