Direct To Consumer Partner Support – Southampton Area

About the role

Join Nestlé Professional’s D2C Coffee Operations Support team to help grow coffee solutions by delivering excellent in‑store execution across customer locations in the Southampton area. You will ensure machines run smoothly, stock is accurate and brand standards are upheld, contributing to customer satisfaction and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure NP D2C machines are up and running with minimal downtime.
• Ensure all customer locations receive accurate and compliant stock counts, review variances and escalate corrective action.
• Deliver Nestlé Professional brand standards across all D2C sites and act on audit findings.
• Verify and coach correct cleaning routines at customer level and monitor compliance.
• Support uptime through basic troubleshooting and effective escalation.
• Report field activity accurately through Project MORE systems and use data to identify trends.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support performance delivery.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience in sales support or operations.
• Strong organisational skills, motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
• Experience contributing to cross‑functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, handling ambiguity.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the Southampton area.
