Director, B2B Travel Acceptance Solutions

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Director to lead its B2B Travel Acceptance Solutions globally. The role sits at the intersection of business development, acceptance strategy and product commercialization, working with travel intermediaries, airlines, hotels, GDS platforms, issuers, acquirers and internal stakeholders to grow Mastercard’s B2B travel payment footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth and strengthen Mastercard’s leadership in B2B travel payments and acceptance solutions worldwide.
• Define and execute a global B2B Travel Acceptance Solutions strategy across merchants, acquirers, PayFacs, PSPs, issuers, program managers, GDS and travel technology platforms.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on virtual card/VCN acceptance, travel merchant needs and Mastercard’s value proposition.
• Lead commercialization efforts including go‑to‑market strategy, bundled value propositions, partner onboarding, certification, activation and KPI monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, solution architecture, finance, legal, risk and regional teams to deliver solution design, market enablement and pipeline execution.

Required profile

• Proven customer‑facing leadership experience with a track record of building trusted relationships across the travel ecosystem.
• Experience shaping and executing global acceptance strategies and driving measurable growth.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional internal teams and external partners.
