Director, Client Content Lead – Client Advisory Services

About the role

The Director, Client Content Lead will own the end‑to‑end content strategy for Citi Services' Partnership & Innovation organisation. This senior leadership position sits within the Client Advisory team and shapes how Citi presents its digital assets, advisory, partnerships, investments and emerging commerce offerings to institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the content strategy for Partnership & Innovation, covering thought leadership, ecosystem positioning and client‑facing content across all channels.
• Own planning, production and distribution of thought‑leadership material that builds Citi’s profile with institutional clients.
• Advise senior stakeholders on narratives that influence client priorities and buying decisions.
• Drive collaboration with Client Advisory, Digital Assets, Business Development, Sales, Product, Marketing, Communications and Legal to ensure consistency and strategic alignment.
• Lead a content team, set priorities, maintain editorial standards and deliver high‑quality output across multiple workstreams.
• Monitor market trends, client issues and sector developments to keep the content agenda current and commercially relevant.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in content strategy, thought leadership or content management within institutional financial services or a similarly complex, regulated environment.
• Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that have measurably influenced client mindshare and supported commercial outcomes.
• Track record of leading and managing teams, setting priorities and delivering high‑quality content.
