Director, Customer Success (EMEA)

About the role

As Director of Customer Success for EMEA, you will lead a team of Customer Success Professionals, driving retention, growth and strategic partnership success for CreatorIQ’s enterprise clients across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing Customer Success team, fostering a culture of accountability and customer‑centricity.
• Own portfolio performance, including retention, expansion, forecasting accuracy and risk mitigation across EMEA.
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders to maximize the impact of creator marketing programs.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Professional Services and Support to advocate for customer needs and influence business outcomes.

Required profile

• 8+ years leading Enterprise Customer Success or Strategic Account teams in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech or creator marketing.
• Proven track record of managing retention, renewals, expansion and portfolio performance.
• Strong executive presence and experience advising senior stakeholders such as CMOs and VPs.
• Experience handling complex escalations and high‑impact risk situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce (CRM platform).
• Experience leveraging AI tools for productivity, forecasting and customer insights.
