Director, Global Employee Experience

About the role

We’re looking for a Director of Employee Experience to build and lead the programs, experiences, and communications that make our company a great place to work. This role owns the framework for our global employee experience, shaping how employees experience our offices, communications, onboarding, all‑hands, global offsites, and other programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a company‑wide employee experience strategy that strengthens connection, engagement, culture, and belonging across a global workforce.
• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding experience, partnering with recruiting, people operations, IT, hiring managers and leaders to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• Lead office experience programs, events and community‑building initiatives, working with facilities, IT and local leaders.
• Define and manage the strategy and operating rhythm for company‑wide communications and all‑hands meetings.
• Partner with business operations to plan and execute global offsites and company events that reinforce culture and build trust.
