Director of E-commerce

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Director of E‑commerce to develop and execute our strategic online growth plans. You will own the digital maintenance and development of all Pixi and POP online properties, driving the brand’s digital presence forward.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop all Pixi and POP online properties, including product updates, creative assets, press, and store locations.
• Manage inventory levels, orders, sales, and deliveries to ensure healthy stock.
• Lead web development initiatives to optimise the customer journey.
• Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
• Analyse online analytics and recommend website improvements.
• Conduct A/B testing to maximise content performance.
• Oversee quality assurance and control measures.
• Drive on‑site promotions, from asset creation to coupon code management.
• Stay current with emerging digital technologies and trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align content with strategy and produce reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in web development or digital management.
• Proven experience with e‑commerce backend systems, preferably Shopify Plus.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proactive self‑starter comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
