Director of Enterprise Systems

About the role

SKIMS is seeking a Director of Enterprise Systems to lead the strategy, governance, and evolution of its enterprise applications across EMEA, with primary responsibility for NetSuite ERP. The role bridges technology and business, partnering with finance, supply chain, merchandising, retail, and ecommerce teams to enable scalable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the functional strategy and roadmap for NetSuite and related applications across EMEA.
• Oversee NetSuite configuration, optimization, enhancements, and issue resolution for finance, supply chain, inventory, procurement and operations.
• Lead process improvements for Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash and Inventory Management, driving automation and accuracy.
• Manage integrations between NetSuite and platforms such as OMS, Shopify, WMS, POS and 3PL providers.
• Direct system implementations, upgrades and large‑scale enhancements, ensuring testing, deployment and change management.
• Establish reporting standards, dashboards and data governance to support operational KPIs and audit readiness.

Required profile

• 8‑12+ years leading enterprise systems in fast‑paced retail, ecommerce or fashion environments.
• Extensive functional expertise in NetSuite ERP and end‑to‑end business processes (procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash, inventory, finance, supply chain).
• Proven experience delivering ERP implementations, system upgrades and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, partnering with finance, operations, merchandising, production and technology leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field.
