Director of LIMS Strategy for CPG & Food & Beverage

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Director of LIMS Strategy to lead the growth of its QualityOne LIMS product across the Food & Beverage, Consumer Packaged Goods and Chemical Ingredients markets. In this senior position you will shape commercial strategy, bridge sales, marketing, product and services, and act as the industry evangelist for modern laboratory informatics.

Key responsibilities

• Own market entry and expansion for Veeva LIMS in target FMCG and supply‑chain sectors, driving penetration and revenue growth.
• Lead customer discovery workshops, co‑create solutions, and support sales with high‑impact presentations, deal strategy and pricing.
• Provide business and technology guidance to influence the product roadmap and ensure new features meet market needs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources across the entire customer lifecycle, from initial sales to delivery and ongoing support.
• Represent Veeva as a thought leader at conferences, webinars and industry publications.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience scaling laboratory informatics solutions at a software vendor or consulting firm.
• Proven track record working with Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods, supply‑chain or related industries.
• Executive presence with ability to engage Heads of Quality, QC and IT on strategic software initiatives.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑starter mindset, detail‑oriented execution and willingness to travel up to 40%.
