Director of Marketing

About the role

This is a superb opportunity to build a marketing engine for an award‑winning Irish business that is expanding rapidly internationally. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the marketing team and shape the IN2 brand story across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business by increasing awareness of IN2 and its services.
• Tell the IN2 story across media, bringing customer and project narratives to life.
• Build and develop the marketing team into a world‑class operation.
• Collaborate with Business Development to ensure the best presentation to clients and partners.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead and grow a marketing function from the ground up.
• Passion for content creation and storytelling combined with commercial focus.
• Comfortable engaging senior engineers and technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to work full‑time in Dublin or Belfast, or a hybrid of both.
• Ready to design and own marketing structures and processes.

Required skills

• At least ten years of marketing experience, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• Experience building and leading high‑performing teams.
• Ability to translate complex technical material into compelling human stories.
• Knowledge of the sales process in professional services, including bids and proposals.
• Strong understanding of demand generation, both paid and organic.
• Portfolio of outstanding creative work commissioned or created.
