Director of Martin Lighting – EMEA

About the role

HARMAN Professional is seeking a Director of Martin Lighting for the EMEA region. This senior position will lead the sales organisation for Martin’s state‑of‑the‑art lighting products, driving growth across entertainment, architectural and live‑event markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial performance and market growth for Martin Lighting across EMEA.
• Develop and execute a sales roadmap that aligns with brand vision and market demand.
• Drive demand through the Harman distributor network and build strong market momentum.
• Engage directly with key decision makers, designers, rental companies and partners.
• Collaborate with EMEA sales, marketing and product teams to open new opportunities and support major projects.
• Lead and develop the EMEA Lighting Business Development Managers.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales leadership experience, preferably in entertainment or architectural lighting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a regional sales organisation and deliver profitable results.
• Eligibility to work in the UK or other European countries (no sponsorship offered).
