Director – Spread Products Structurer

About the role

Citi is seeking a Director‑level Spread Products Structurer to join its London Spread Products team. The role sits at the intersection of credit markets, structured finance and capital solutions, focusing on asset‑backed finance, securitisation and principal investment across European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Structure and execute asset‑backed senior financing facilities, securitisation transactions and principal investment deals.
• Lead deal teams through screening, due diligence, pricing, credit committee approval, legal documentation and closing.
• Prepare credit memoranda, stress‑test analyses and cash‑flow models.
• Develop and maintain quantitative pricing and cash‑flow models, including waterfall analysis and hedging valuation tools.
• Manage senior relationships with asset originators, issuers, investors, rating agencies and external counsel.

Required profile

• Director‑level experience in structured finance, asset‑backed securities and securitisation.
• Proven ability to lead end‑to‑end deal execution and manage senior client relationships.
• Strong understanding of European capital markets and rating agency processes.
