Director, Wealth Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior Director of Wealth Management to lead a high‑net‑worth client portfolio and drive new business growth. This role combines client relationship ownership with leadership of a team of advisers, delivering a comprehensive wealth solution across investments, lending, trust and banking.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of an established high‑value client portfolio while expanding the client base.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of wealth advisers to achieve performance targets.
• Collaborate with specialist partners in investments, credit, trust and banking to provide integrated solutions.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive networking and market insight.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain the firm’s reputation for personalised advice.

Required profile

• Significant experience in wealth management with a proven track record of building and maintaining high‑value client relationships.
• Strong business‑development capability and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Level 6 qualification (CII, CISI or equivalent) with appropriate regulatory permissions to provide advice.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing adviser teams.
