Disability Assessor – PIP/WCA – £45k‑£48k (Hybrid)

About the role

Everpool is recruiting hybrid Disability Assessors to evaluate claimants for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and Work Capability Assessment (WCA). The role combines remote work with office time in Luton, offering a Monday‑to‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm schedule with no nights, weekends or long shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone and face‑to‑face assessments of claimants’ health and work capability.
• Analyse medical evidence, health questionnaires and daily‑living activity information.
• Prepare detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
• Complete a 12‑week training programme covering assessment techniques and DWP guidelines.

Required profile

• Qualified nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, paramedics or pharmacists.
• Willingness to work hybrid (home and office) in the South of England.
• Availability Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm, with no weekend or bank‑holiday work.
