Disability Assessor - £50,000 starting salary plus great bonuses

About the role

Everpool is recruiting hybrid Disability Assessors (WCA) to evaluate claimants' health and work capabilities for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). The role combines office‑based work with remote assessments, offering a standard Monday‑to‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm schedule and no weekend or night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone and face‑to‑face assessments of claimants' health and daily living abilities.
• Analyse medical evidence, health questionnaires and other documentation.
• Produce detailed, objective reports for the DWP.
• Complete a 12‑week training programme covering assessment techniques, DWP guidelines and report writing.

Required profile

• Registered Adult Nurse (including Adult, Mental Health, Learning Disability or General), Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist.
• Willingness to work full‑time during the training period, with part‑time options available thereafter.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality assessments and reports.

• Starting salary £50,000, rising to £51,000 after 12 months.
