About the role

We are seeking a qualified Dispensing Optician to join our Specsavers store in Street, South West England. The role is full‑time and offers a supportive environment where you can develop your clinical expertise and work towards a Chief Lens Officer (CLO) qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Provide dispensing services, including fitting and adjusting spectacles for customers.
• Deliver high‑quality customer care while maintaining professional standards.
• Support the store directors in achieving sales and service targets.
• Participate in clinical development programmes and specialised training courses.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with GOC regulations.

Required profile

• Qualified and GOC‑registered Dispensing Optician.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for community service.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a friendly, team‑oriented environment.
• Motivation to pursue further professional development and qualifications.
