Specsavers in Chichester is seeking an experienced Dispensing Optician to lead its dispensing team. The role can be full‑time or part‑time and focuses on delivering exceptional patient care while driving store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the dispensing department.
• Provide hands‑on clinical support and guidance to the optician team.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical judgment.

Required profile

• Qualified and GOC‑registered Dispensing Optician.
• Proven experience in a dispensing or managerial role within an optical retail environment.
• Commitment to teamwork, professional development and exceptional customer service.

Required skills

• Clinical dispensing expertise.
• Strong understanding of optical equipment and product range.
