About the role

As a Dispensing Optician Manager you will lead a friendly, customer‑focused team in Specsavers’ Purley store. You will ensure high‑quality eye‑care services while creating a warm atmosphere for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of two test rooms and two clinics, ensuring efficient patient flow.
• Mentor and support a team of seven colleagues, fostering professional development.
• Maintain compliance with optical standards and company policies.
• Drive sales and service excellence through proactive customer engagement.

Required profile

• Qualified Dispensing Optician with a BSc (Hons) in Ophthalmic Dispensing.
• Strong understanding of optics and audiology pathways.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
• Passionate about delivering top‑notch customer service and working collaboratively.
