Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Assessor

About the role

Posturite Ltd is expanding its DSE (Display Screen Equipment) Assessor team in Watford. You will work directly with clients to improve their workstation ergonomics, helping them feel better and work more comfortably.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct face‑to‑face or remote DSE assessments and recommend ergonomic solutions.
• Produce clear written reports outlining recommended products and setup strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Identify new business opportunities for Posturite’s divisions and collaborate with sales teams.
• Assist with the installation and configuration of ergonomic equipment such as chairs and desks.
• Meet agreed KPIs for assessment numbers, report turnaround, and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Empathetic and strong communicator.
• Interest in human anatomy, ergonomics, or wellbeing.
• Background in sports science, physiology or related field (preferred but not essential).
• Enjoy travelling to client sites across Watford, London and the home counties.
• Open to starting a career in health and wellbeing, whether as a recent graduate or career changer.
