Dispute Resolution Paralegal

About the role

This full‑time position offers a unique chance to join a fast‑growing dispute resolution team in North London. You will work alongside experienced solicitors on a varied portfolio of contentious probate, property and commercial litigation matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with contentious probate disputes, property litigation (boundary, rights of way, landlord‑tenant) and commercial contract disputes.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence and court bundles.
• Conduct legal research, prepare case summaries and manage disclosure.
• Liaise with clients, counsel, experts and third parties.
• Monitor court deadlines, support case management and aid solicitors from instruction through to resolution.

Required profile

• Previous litigation paralegal experience, preferably in probate, property or commercial litigation.
• Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Confident communication and client‑care skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to own your workload.
• Ambition to develop a litigation career within a supportive environment.
