Dispute Resolution Solicitor (3+ PQE) – Full‑time

About the role

We are seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with at least three years post‑qualification experience to join a dynamic regional practice. The role offers exposure to a broad range of dispute matters within a Legal 500‑accredited, multi‑disciplinary firm.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and advise on commercial dispute cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, witness statements and settlement agreements.
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel and third‑party experts to progress matters efficiently.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the firm’s knowledge base.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 + PQE in dispute resolution.
• Demonstrated experience across a variety of dispute matters, including commercial property.
• Strong analytical and advocacy skills with a client‑focused approach.
• Ambitious and committed to professional development.
