Disputes Lawyer - Redress & Compensation

About the role
This is a 12‑month fixed‑term opportunity for experienced disputes lawyers to join a large‑scale financial redress and compensation programme. The role is fully remote and offers immediate exposure to complex remediation work within a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee claim submissions and ensure accurate processing of high‑volume work.
- Conduct redress reviews and support quality‑assurance processes.
- Manage claims assessment and QA activities where applicable.
- Collaborate with the programme team to maintain compliance with scheme guidelines.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer with experience in disputes, litigation or financial remediation.
- Proven background working on financial redress or large‑scale compensation schemes.
- Strong analytical and review skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage volume work accurately and efficiently.
- Experience overseeing claims assessment or QA processes is advantageous.
