Distributor & Key Account Development Manager – Stretch Film

About the role

This field‑based position covers the Midlands (Birmingham, Northampton, Oxford) and focuses on selling a patented, premium stretch‑film product. You will act as a consultative, technical sales specialist, helping customers achieve measurable savings and sustainability benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new distributors and key accounts across your territory.
• Train distributor teams to communicate the value proposition rather than price.
• Audit customer production lines and demonstrate concrete cost and environmental savings.
• Own territory performance, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing input and KPI tracking.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging, stretch film or flexible plastics.
• Proven hunter mentality with a track record of business development.
• Comfortable delivering technical, consultative sales conversations.
• Willingness to travel 60%+ of the time and thrive in customer‑facing environments.
