Divisional Procurement Lead – Europe

About the role

Lead procurement across an ISP division in Europe, owning the Professional Services category strategy and driving value, governance and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category plans for consultancy, legal, marketing, technology and recruitment services.
• Partner with divisional leadership, school operators and functional teams to translate business needs into sourcing strategies.
• Lead complex sourcing, tendering, negotiation and contracting for high‑value professional services.
• Establish supplier segmentation, governance and performance management processes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and spend planning with detailed category insights.
• Identify opportunities to aggregate demand across regions and leverage global scale.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a strategic procurement business partner with strong indirect spend knowledge.
• Extensive experience managing professional services categories such as consultancy, legal, marketing and recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple countries and seniority levels.
• Demonstrated commercial, contractual and negotiation capabilities delivering measurable value.
• Ability to analyse spend data and translate insights into actionable procurement strategies.
• CIPS qualification or equivalent procurement qualification desirable.
