Divisional Retail Trainer

About the role

As a Divisional Retail Trainer you will join Specsavers' Retail Training Delivery team, supporting stores across the Greater London division. You will travel to multiple locations, delivering face‑to‑face and virtual learning experiences that boost colleague confidence and store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate a variety of training programmes, workshops and development activities for store teams.
• Coach In‑Store Trainers and store managers to enhance their facilitation skills.
• Partner with People teams, Regional Relationship Managers and other stakeholders to identify capability gaps and design practical learning solutions.
• Support new store openings and apprenticeship learning pathways.
• Attend divisional meetings and collaborate with local partners to address performance challenges.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering engaging training and facilitation in a retail or similar environment.
• Strong coaching and consultancy abilities with a track record of influencing behaviour change.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and the ability to adapt communication style to diverse audiences.
• Self‑motivated, curious and comfortable working independently in the field.
