Document Controller – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Document Controller for our construction division in Isleworth. The role offers a £50,000 salary, full design training and a clear progression path to Design Manager or Project Manager within a close‑knit team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and document client and design meetings.
• Support design teams by preparing and delivering project briefs.
• Capture and communicate technical details accurately.
• Act as the primary contact for project documentation and coordination.
• Attend design meetings, record actionable briefs and liaise with structural and temporary works teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Document Controller.
• Based in West London (Isleworth area).
• Interest in civil or structural engineering and high‑end construction.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong client interaction and organisational skills.
