Document Controller – Green Park – £220/day – Immediate Start

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join a commercial construction project at Green Park, West London. The position offers an immediate start on a 14‑month contract, providing a stable, long‑term opportunity on a major development.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and organise all project documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Control the distribution, revision, and archiving of documents throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure that all documents are up‑to‑date, correctly filed, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve any document‑related issues promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Required skills

• Proficiency with document management systems such as Aconex, Asite, or Viewpoint.
