Document Production Specialist – 12pm to 8pm Shift

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Document Production Specialist to join our in‑house team on a 12 pm‑8 pm shift, Monday to Friday. The role is primarily home‑based, supporting our global law firm with high‑volume document processing and production.

Key responsibilities

• Create, format and update pitches, presentations, posters and other collateral in line with the firm’s branding.
• Transcribe legal documents from digitally‑dictated material using tools such as BigHand, speech‑recognition software or Windows Media Player.
• Draft and amend legal documents, ensuring compliance with house styles using the MS Office suite.
• Reformat lengthy and complex documents, perform comparisons and convert files to different formats.
• Manage tight deadlines in a high‑volume production environment.
• Communicate with internal clients to confirm that deliverables meet expectations and timelines.
• Liaise with colleagues and line managers to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Follow established working processes and professional standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in document production or legal transcription.
• Ability to work effectively from a suitable home‑working environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent written communication skills for client interaction.
