Document Review Paralegal – 3‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

Our international law firm client is seeking experienced Document Review Paralegals to join its market‑leading Data & Cyber Team on a three‑month fixed‑term contract. Based in the London office, you will work on high‑profile data protection matters, supporting DSAR requests and privacy projects in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct document review on Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) matters using Relativity.
• Assess documents for relevance, privilege and data‑protection considerations.
• Support the Data & Cyber Team on a range of data‑protection and privacy issues.
• Collaborate with lawyers and other legal professionals to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail throughout review activities.
• Undertake related administrative and document‑management tasks as required.

Required profile

• Experience with an alternative legal services provider, law firm or in‑house legal team.
• Previous document‑review experience, specifically on DSAR matters.
• A law degree (LLB/GDL or equivalent) or equivalent document‑review experience.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Relativity for document review.
