Document Review Paralegal – 3‑Month Fixed‑Term (Hybrid, Bristol)

About the role

Our international law firm client is seeking experienced Document Review Paralegals to join its Data & Cyber team in Bristol on a three‑month fixed‑term contract. The role involves working on high‑profile data protection matters, reviewing documents for Data Subject Access Requests, and collaborating with lawyers in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct document review on Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) matters using Relativity.
• Assess documents for relevance, privilege and data‑protection considerations.
• Support the Data & Cyber Team on a range of data‑protection and privacy projects.
• Collaborate with lawyers and legal professionals to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Perform related administrative and document‑management tasks as required.

Required profile

• Experience with an alternative legal services provider, law firm or in‑house legal team.
• Previous document review experience on DSAR matters.
• Strong working knowledge of Relativity for document review.
• Good understanding of UK data‑protection law, including GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
• A law degree (LLB/GDL) or equivalent document‑review experience.
