About the role

We are looking for an experienced Domestic Abuse Caseworker to provide practical and emotional support to survivors assessed as standard risk. You will work directly with clients, delivering trauma‑informed, survivor‑centred assistance.

Key responsibilities

Manage a caseload of standard‑risk domestic abuse survivors.
Provide intensive 1:1 support, advocacy and emotional assistance.
Complete risk assessments, safety plans and support assessments.
Assist clients with housing, benefits, legal options and specialist referrals.
Collaborate with statutory and voluntary agencies to safeguard clients and children.
Maintain accurate case records in line with safeguarding, confidentiality and GDPR procedures.

Required profile

Previous experience supporting survivors of domestic abuse.
Strong understanding of domestic abuse dynamics, safeguarding, risk management and trauma‑informed practice.
Experience working with vulnerable adults and multi‑agency partners.
Excellent communication, advocacy and case‑management abilities.
