About the role
We are seeking a Domestic Energy Inventory Clerk to join our Redhill team on a full‑time, employed basis. The role is field‑based, allowing you to work independently while delivering high‑quality inventory services for residential properties across the area.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out property inventories, check‑ins, check‑outs and inspections.
- Produce accurate, detailed and professional reports using company systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service to tenants, landlords, letting agents and homeowners.
- Manage daily schedule and travel between appointments.
- Submit all reports within required timescales.
- When qualified as a Domestic Energy Assessor, complete Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
Required profile
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Professional and customer‑focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Experience in inventory clerking, real estate, property management, lettings, inspections, compliance or related fields.
Required skills
- Proficiency with mobile devices for data capture.
- Experience using digital reporting systems or inventory software.
