Domestic Major Loss Adjuster (Southeast)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Domestic Major Loss Adjuster to manage high‑value residential claims across the South East. You will handle complex cases exceeding £100k, ensuring optimal outcomes for both customers and the business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of domestic claims from instruction to completion.
- Visit homes and sites to assess damage and develop project plans.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers and other parties involved in the claim.
- Prepare detailed reports and negotiate settlements.
Required profile
- Minimum three years’ experience in domestic loss adjusting, preferably with major loss exposure.
- CILA qualification or demonstrable progress towards it.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and report‑writing abilities.
- High accuracy, attention to detail and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
