Domiciliary Care Manager – Lead a Home Care Branch

About the role

Bright Selection is partnering with a well‑established, values‑led home care provider to appoint a Domiciliary Care Manager. You will own an established branch, leading a dedicated team to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred domiciliary and live‑in care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing care team.
• Ensure safe, person‑centred care is delivered to every customer.
• Maintain full CQC compliance and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Build and nurture relationships with local authorities, healthcare professionals and community partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Operations, HR, Quality and Finance.
• Manage branch budgets, KPIs and overall business performance.
• Support regional initiatives and share best practice across the organisation.

Required profile

• Previous management experience, preferably within domiciliary care.
• Strong leadership ability with a track record of developing teams.
• Good understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets and performance indicators.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is advantageous.
