Domiciliary Care Team Leader

About the role

Join Brendoncare as a Domiciliary Care Team Leader and help shape high‑quality community care for older adults. You will lead a team delivering home‑based support across several locations, ensuring independence, dignity and wellbeing for service users.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of domiciliary care services, ensuring regulatory compliance and CQC standards.
• Support the Registered Manager in strategic growth and service development.
• Coordinate care across Knightwood, Alton, Stildon, Otterbourne and The Old Parsonage, promoting continuity of care.
• Mentor and up‑skill care staff, fostering best practice and person‑centred care planning.
• Maintain accurate records using digital care systems and monitor medication administration.

Required profile

• Level 3 qualification in health and social care.
• Proven experience supervising or leading domiciliary care staff.
• Clear understanding of safeguarding, care standards and CQC requirements.
• Experience delivering person‑centred care to older adults.

Required skills

• Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Competence with digital care platforms such as e‑MAR systems.
