About the role

Join Charity Link as a Door‑to‑Door Fundraiser, representing leading UK charities and encouraging the public to make regular donations or sponsorships. You will work in the field, meeting people face‑to‑face and helping them support causes they care about.

Key responsibilities

• Approach members of the public in assigned territories and explain the mission of partner charities.
• Secure regular donations or sponsorship commitments and record donor information accurately.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and compliance with fundraising regulations.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets while contributing to overall fundraising goals.

Required profile

• Confident, optimistic and resilient with a passion for helping charitable causes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Effective verbal communication.
• Basic numeracy for handling donation amounts.

What we offer

• Guaranteed basic salary of £26,400 per year.
• On‑target earnings (OTE) up to £47,000 with incentives and bonuses.
