About the role
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking qualified Drama Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools in Sefton. Opportunities include long‑term, supply, maternity cover, fixed‑term and permanent positions.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Drama lessons for KS3 and KS4 students.
- Maintain excellent classroom management and a safe learning environment.
- Inspire a love of the performing arts and support pupil progress.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching Drama at secondary level (KS3/KS4); KS5 experience is a plus.
- Ability to deliver creative and inspiring lessons.
- Commitment to improving student outcomes.
