Draught Dispense Technician – South England

About the role

The Draught Dispense Technician for the South will service and maintain Boxbar’s automated self‑service drinks equipment across venues in the South of England. Working from a company van, you will travel to stadiums, arenas, festivals and hospitality sites to ensure reliable dispense quality and minimise downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Perform planned servicing and preventative maintenance on draught dispense systems, cooling units, pumps, gas lines and pipework.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and cooling faults, carry out repairs and aim for first‑time fixes.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts logs and follow‑up actions.
• Manage your territory efficiently, planning journeys and keeping the van stocked with common spare parts.
• Provide technical support during new installations, commissioning and major live events.
• Communicate clearly with venue teams, explaining equipment operation, cleaning procedures and any repairs performed.

Required profile

• Experienced field‑service technician familiar with draught dispense or similar equipment.
• Comfortable working independently, travelling regularly across the South of England and occasionally outside the region.

Required skills

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of dispensing equipment.
• Cooling system maintenance and pump servicing.
• Gas system handling and pipework installation.
