Key responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of all services in the Drawing Room.
• Welcome and look after guests with friendly, personalised service.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation and hospitality.
• Support the development and implementation of effective service and operational procedures.
• Monitor service standards and identify ways to improve the guest experience.
• Help maximise the business potential of the Drawing Room through excellent service and sales awareness.
• Build positive relationships with guests, colleagues and suppliers.
• Manage, lead and motivate the team to enhance performance, achieve business goals, financial budgets and service standards.
• Continuously improve service and operational systems to enable seamless guest relations and comply with hotel guidelines.
• Ensure the menu and environment are consistent with a luxury establishment to exceed guest expectations and drive growth.
• Conduct sales and marketing activities to drive business growth and profit.
• Provide effective day‑to‑day communication with guests, colleagues and teams.

Required profile

• Hotel school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous luxury/5‑star hotel experience.
• Excellent knowledge of food and wine.
