About the role

As a Budweiser Drinks Dispense Technician, you’ll play a key role in providing top‑notch, cost‑effective service for installing and maintaining dispense systems in the on‑trade. Your work will help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently across the United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair beverage dispensing equipment at various on‑trade locations.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance and respond to reactive service calls.
• Use laptops and handheld devices to complete paperwork, reports, and system diagnostics.
• Participate in an on‑call rota while working independently on site.
• Build strong relationships with customers and collaborate with internal teams to uphold health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Experienced Drinks Dispense Technicians comfortable using tech tools such as laptops and handheld devices.
• Ability to work independently, handle on‑call shifts, and develop positive customer relationships.
• Background in soft‑drink service, line cleaning, cellar work, or setting up wine and cask‑ale systems (training provided).

Required skills

• Proficiency with beverage dispensing equipment installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to on‑trade beverage services.
