Driver – Vehicle Collection & Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a Driver to join our Activate Accident Repair team in Kings Langley. You will be responsible for the timely collection and re‑delivery of customer and courtesy vehicles, ensuring clear communication with customers about delivery times and any delays.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver customer and courtesy vehicles as scheduled, completing all required paperwork and handling excess payments.
• Conduct vehicle checks, report any faults, and ensure vehicles meet safety standards before return.
• Communicate delivery times, delays, and repair processes to customers, maintaining high standards of service.
• Collect payments and receipts, follow financial procedures, and complete fuel and driver logs.

Required profile

• Full driving licence with appropriate vehicle classifications.
• Experience in logistics or vehicle appraisal.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
