About the role
Join a reputable logistics team as a Drivers Mate, supporting drivers on multi‑drop home deliveries across Exeter. This full‑time, on‑site position offers early start times and a set rota, providing a stable and ongoing opportunity.
Key responsibilities
- Assist drivers with loading, unloading and delivering parcels on multi‑drop routes.
- Handle manual lifting and ensure safe handling of goods.
- Follow a set rota: Wednesday to Saturday, 5 days on, 2 days off (including weekends).
- Start shifts between 05:00 and 07:00, working 8‑12 hour shifts.
- Complete on‑site induction and driving assessment before commencing work.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer‑facing work.
- Presentable appearance and professional manner.
- Willingness to work early mornings and weekend shifts.
- Previous experience in a similar delivery support role is preferred.
- Immediate availability after induction.
Required skills
What we offer
- £12.76 per hour, paid weekly every Friday.
- 28 days of accrued annual leave (approx. 2.5 days per month).
